I travel for business fairly extensively. Some destinations are more desirable than others. This week, the venue is definitely on the list of places I will always volunteer to visit: San Diego.

Here is the view last night from the balcony of my hotel room:

It was easy to relax and de-stress after the work day while sitting on the balcony enjoying the light breeze and this view of evening setting in:

At about 7:00 a.m. today, it looked like this:

Sometimes it’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it.

And now I’m off to resume my official duties. This evening I will be enjoying a lovely dinner with a long-time friend at a local restaurant, as I will be here until Sunday.

  1. Janie that is an absolutely gorgeous view. I can see why you would have no problem going. 🙂

And I left you a ‘tag’ at my blog. (don’t feel obligated)

  2. That reminds me of a business trip I took to Boston and looked right over the harbor. Unfortunately, it was in January and there was literally ice on the INSIDE of my hotel room. SHIVER!!!!!

    These look amazing :).

    Happy Halloween!

Enjoy it. Definitely easier to unwind after the day when you get to relax with that around you.
