I don’t weigh because I believe that it is counterproductive — numbers are judgments and not helpful. I just gauge weight loss by the way my clothes fit . . . and my clothes are very baggy! I tried on my favorite old skirt and, although it is still a bit snug, I can button it again!
My asthma is so much better!
