I think shorter hair is easier to manage. I have long hair now but would love to cut it short soon.

Part of the long hair was about an attempt to hide while I was going through several surgeries on my left eye. I was very self-conscious about the fact that my eye was obviously not working properly. My eyes were not tracking together. I don’t know why we women think we can actually hide behind our hair, but we do.
You look terrific with short hair. It’s a great cut for you.

You look great with short hair! I had short hair once but found that it was harder to maintain than long hair. At least with long hair you can just tie it back and go!
