Good morning!! I just saw your comment on my blog!! Thanks for dropping by. I love new people to stop by!! come back again. I have been losing weight with Curves for the past two years and just love going and exercising with the nice women that I have met there. I am sure that you have one there. Our son lives in California. When I come I always visit the one close to him. I have also tried water aerobics and it is wonderful too. Keep it up. I know it is a life long battle. Hi,
I just came by after you left a comment on my blog. Very cute blog. I cannot relate to the menopause since I have a bit of time before that but I know my mom had a hard time, so I like to be prepared. Doesn’t sound like too much fun to me!! I also still want to binge right before that time and man it is hard being on a diet !! I am doing good so far. I decided to do the slimfast optima diet since I have very little time and I have done well on slimfast in the past. Best of luck to you and thanks for visiting my blog. I will be back!
