I really like reading that 50 is the new 40. I am 34, and just now going back to grad school, and sometimes I feel like I won't have enough time to "catch up", in my goals, after staying homw with kids. Having reached the beginning of my 4th decade I have achieved some goals and have others which I've yet to properly take aim for. But I agree reality is an important thing.
