Appetizer

Name two things that made you smile this week.

I don’t weigh because I believe that it is counterproductive — numbers are judgments and not helpful. I just gauge weight loss by the way my clothes fit … and my clothes are very baggy! I tried on my favorite old skirt and, although it is still a bit snug, I can button it again!

My asthma is so much better!

I am convinced that water aerobics is the key to both of these positive developments.

Soup

Fill in the blank: Don’t you hate it when ________?

People travel at or below the speed limit in the fast lane of the freeway, hogging it so that I can’t get around them because of the extremely slow-moving traffic in the right lane.

People, I have places to go and things to do when I get there, so MOVE IT!

Salad

When you can’t go to sleep, what is your personal remedy to help yourself drift into Lullabyland?

Channel surfing.

Main Course

What is something about which you’ve always wondered but have not yet found a good answer?

Why do horrible things happen to wonderful people?

When I cross over, if there really are any Pearly gates manned by St. Peter, before I go through those gates, I’ve got a long list of questions — and I want some ANSWERS.

Dessert

What is your favorite pasta dish?

Fettucine alfredo with chicken.

(But I can’t eat it. Too much fat.)

I love that your clothes are baggy, its the best way to measure weight loss i think.

Great feast! yea for baggy clothes! Water aerobics, huh? Wish I had a pool nearby, and I’d give it a try!

Baggy Clothes are so much better when they use to be so tight on you that you couldn’t bend over without the fear of them busting.

Yes indeed baggy clothes are a wonderful sign of Progress.
