This Week’s Theme: Broken

My son’s school had a crab feed this evening. I do not like seafood.
So I ate the tossed salad and a little spaghetti.I did try a crab leg, as this picture proves.
One.
It had a lot of garlic on it and was pretty disgusting.
So I stuck with the salad.

Eww. I don’t eat that, either. I would much prefer a salad!! =) Great photos for broken!

Yes, definitely have to go through a lot of broken shells to get anything good from other. Think I’ll pass too. Great choice for The Hunt, though.

I could do with some King Crab legs… you can get more meat out of them… messy but yummy… though salad and spaghetti is good too.

Try to eat once at the Carnegie Deli when you are in NYC, although now that I think about it… it may have had a fire last year… surely they fixed it. It has the most amazing sandwich platters.

I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody who doesn’t like seafood. Then again, I do live at the ocean and before that down in the bayous of Louisiana.

I can see how that would be gross to you though. Great photos.

Have a good weekend and I’m up too.

I totally agree with you. But what amazes me is that your school had a crab dinner! That’s expensive stuff!

What ? disgusting ? I love it and .. you can eat them in the spaghettis too ! Isn’t that a good idea ? I just came from snail shells so I am curious what I will see now ! A broken fish tail perhaps ?

Hmmmmmmmmmm, the crab looks delicious. LOL on Gattina’s comment, I’m the one with broken snail shells. But they’re petrified shells. rofl

Are you new to the blogroll? I don’t think I’ve visited your blog before. If so, welcome

just as a rule…anything one can eat with garlic butter should be wonderful…however a violent reaction to shell fish prevents me from sharing this particular joy.

nice post.

I guess we all have our own food preferences. I love seafood esp. crabs and shrimps.

Glad they had salad and spaghetti for you.

Thanks for sharing. Mine is up too.

I’m with you on the whole seafood thing – I don’t care if I do live in New England!

From the looks of those photos, I’m with you, I’ll take the salad please!

We have a lot in common. I too don’t like seafood. I will eat tuna, salmon and battered fish, but that is where I draw the line. :)

I think it looks gross too!! I don’t think I’d of eaten even one… but I could have taken the cowards way out – “i’m nursing and my *baby* won’t like it.”
